Come home to your nervous system. This container helps you integrate body-based rituals, guided rest, meditation practices, and Ayurvedic lifestyle tools into your daily life.
Learn how to do less and sense into more. We’ll align with the moon cycle to deepen our connection to its waning and waxing nature.

Donation-based
Gentle guided meditations in community. No experience necessary. Come as you are, with or without a focus on breath. This is somatic meditation, an invitation to notice, feel, and exist more fully in your body.
Optional: Stay for a follow-up somatic awareness class with Emma (7–7:45pm)
Bring yoga mat(s) blankets, layers, pillows. Good to bring more support.
